Job Summary

BigTapp is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hunter Account Executive to lead the expansion of our professional services across the Enterprise Data & AI domain. Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate will be a strategic seller with a passion for AI, analytics, cloud transformation, and emerging data technologies. This role requires building and growing relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and internal delivery teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills

·       8+ years of experience in enterprise software and/or professional services sales

·       Proven track record in developing and closing new business within large enterprises

·       Hands-on experience in selling AI, Analytics, Big Data, and Cloud-based services

·       Strong familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Splunk

·       Co-selling experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystem teams

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Design and execute a territory business plan focused on acquiring and growing enterprise accounts

·       Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across targeted organizations

·       Collaborate with partners and internal teams to co-develop data-driven use cases

·       Drive customer engagement and adoption of cloud-based Data AI solutions

·       Guide client decision-makers through value propositions and solution architecture

·       Identify, qualify, and close strategic deals in line with revenue goals

·       Lead partner strategy execution to maximize sales opportunities

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

·       8+ years of sales experience in technology or enterprise consulting

·       Experience selling to complex, regulated organizations

·       Deep domain knowledge in Data & AI landscape

 

Technical Skills

·       Knowledge of Data & AI architecture, Big Data platforms

·       Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and Splunk tools

·       Understanding of SaaS, usage-based pricing models, and data integration frameworks

·       Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT

 

Soft Skills

·       Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·       Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence

·       Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

·       Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

 

Good to Have

·       Prior experience with consulting or professional services sales

·       Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or Cloud platforms

·       Familiarity with industry-specific data compliance standards

·       Demonstrated career progression in technology sales roles

·       Evidence of long-term client relationships and repeat business

·       History of achieving or exceeding quota targets consistently
