Job Summary
We are looking for an Android expertise to
join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of
experience in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting web & mobile
applications, particularly Android applications. The candidate should be
skilled in diagnosing and resolving application issues, providing technical
support to end-users, and ensuring seamless performance of Android
applications.
Key Responsibilities
·
Provide day-to-day application support
for web & mobile applications.
·
Troubleshoot and resolve application
issues, crashes, and bugs reported by users.
·
Monitor application performance and
suggest improvements.
·
Coordinate with development teams to
resolve technical issues and ensure timely bug fixes.
·
Respond to technical queries and
provide guidance to end-users.
·
Analyze system logs, network issues,
and Android performance data to diagnose issues.
·
Participate in software updates,
patches, and releases, ensuring smooth deployments.
·
Create and maintain technical documentation,
including knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Engineering, or related field.
·
3-4 years of experience in mobile
application support, with a focus on Android applications.
·
Strong understanding of mobile
application architecture, Android SDK, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in Android SDK, Java, and

Experience with mobile application
performance monitoring and log analysis.

Familiarity with Android tools such as
