Roles And Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an Android expertise to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting web & mobile applications, particularly Android applications. The candidate should be skilled in diagnosing and resolving application issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring seamless performance of Android applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide day-to-day application support for web & mobile applications.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, crashes, and bugs reported by users.

·       Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.

·       Coordinate with development teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely bug fixes.

·       Respond to technical queries and provide guidance to end-users.

·       Analyze system logs, network issues, and Android performance data to diagnose issues.

·       Participate in software updates, patches, and releases, ensuring smooth deployments.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·       3-4 years of experience in mobile application support, with a focus on Android applications.

·       Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, Android SDK, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

·       Expertise in Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin for troubleshooting and debugging.

·       Experience with mobile application performance monitoring and log analysis.

·       Familiarity with Android tools such as Android Studio, ADB, and logcat for debugging.

·       Experience in working with REST APIs and analyzing API response issues.

·       Understanding of Android app architecture, mobile networking, and system logs.

·       Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

·       Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
