Job Responsibilities:

➢ First line of support for any pre-sales’ requirements ranging from enquiries, PoCs, RFI/RFPs. Activities include solutioning with the support of Solution Architects, creating pitch decks and 

market research to determine competitive positioning.

➢ Independent contributor to support the sales team with the required solution/ product information, proposal building and prospect analysis and ensure proposals/presentations submitted to Clients are catered to with right solutions and appealing elements.

➢ Ability to articulate to both technical and non-technical/business stakeholders for RFP/RFIs

➢ Express innovative ideas as presentations to impress prospect / customer Support process from contact to contract. Typically, they will be in the form of Use Cases to show how Analytics can be used innovatively in the organization to solve business problems or support to reach business objectives.

➢ Handle end to end response in RFP stages.

➢ Work towards standardizing Bid/Opportunity processes and Content and ensure process is adhered in the entire presales’ stages.

➢ Templatization of proposals to reduce TAT towards queries/ RFPs.

➢ Ensure the outgoing collaterals follow the business marketing standards, formats, company profiles etc.

➢ Act as Documentation ownership, collaborate with Business and Technical teams for documentation, proposals and ensure maintaining organized knowledge repository.

➢ Ability to take additional responsibilities like drive marketing events like Webinars, Thought Leadership events/Business Get Together and support sales team with preparing engaging content for pre and post event process.

➢ Leverage market leading ChatGPT tools for crafting compelling content for proposal and collaterals writing.

➢ Possess strong multi-tasking skills and ability to balance opportunities between bid opportunities and proactive maintenance of presales collaterals.

➢ Able to work, communicate and facilitate effectively at all the levels of the organization. 

➢ Able to handle/work under pressure and deal with priorities even if conflicting.

➢ Experience: 5-8 years in Pre-sales or Business Analysis supporting Pre-Sales in any one of the following areas: Data Warehouse/BI, Big Data and Analytics (Data Science).

➢ Excellent Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong experience in PowerPoint, including knowledge on SharePoint.

➢ Exposure towards ChatGPT tools for leveraging content creation/enhancement

➢ Good to have some exposure towards Proposal Automation tools

➢ Good understanding of minimum one or more industrial verticals like Insurance, Banking & Finance, Retail, etc. 


Qualification:

➢ Any bachelor’s degree / master’s degree. Prefer to possess additional degree or certification course in Visual Communications and Business Management 

➢ Work from Office only.
